How we collect your Personal Data

Your personal details can be given to us in a number of ways. You can apply via our website by completing a registration form online, calling directly to register and an application form is sent to you, applying to an advertised position or if we find your details via job boards.

We will collect your Personal Data, by you providing the data directly to us. The data given to us will enable us to find work opportunities for you. We will contact you about job opportunities; this can be done by phone and email. With the information provided your details will be forwarded. The data will be secured on our database.

Your data could be potentially used in framework audits as well as internal audits for training purposes.

Statutory and contractual requirement

Your personal information/data is required by law in order for us to enter into a contractual requirement. Clients may require viewing your personal data. You are required to provide your personal data. Failure to provide your data will mean that we as a company will not be able meet our statutory obligations. We would be unable to carry our compliance checks as we are contracted to do in order to offer you employment opportunities.

How long we keep your personal information

We will retain your personal data/information for two years after our last meaningful communication with you. We consider that two years is reasonable, as this reflects the average life cycle of an individual’s employment with any single employer.

Upon expiry we will require further consent form you in order to keep your information. Where consent is not granted we will cease to process your personal and sensitive data.
