Our client is seeking Skiers or Boarders who has a passion for skiing holidays and has great customer service skills.
Our client is one of the top ski specialists in the UK.
You will work in a fun and vibrant office and you’ll be able to talk skiing or boarding all day! They are offering a £18.5k salary with a potential bonus of £4.5k paid monthly and a discounted holiday for this initial year contract.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries and reservations with accuracy and speed
- Ensure very high standards of customer care when dealing with clients
- Maximise income from sales calls in line with agreed targets
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge for all programmes
- Responsible for making proactive sales calls to previous clients from our database with the objective of re-booking the client and booking enhancements
- Ensure the accuracy of the client database
- Ensure processing of, emails, cancellations and amendments
- Responsible for responding to clients using the online sales dialogue feature through the website in line with company standards and agreed timescales
- Contributing accurate and knowledgeable information on blog and forums
- Ensuring that all leads and options are followed up on a daily basis
Requirements:
- A fantastic telephone manner
- Travel Industry reservations experience
- Highly motivated with excellent customer service
- Flexible approach to work and weekends possible
- High levels of customer service
- Positive attitude
- An interest in skiing and snowboarding
- A reasonable working knowledge of ski resorts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook programs.
