Job Title – Senior Manager – Heathrow Airport (Flagship Store)

Salary – £50k – £60k basic with a £80k OTE plus company car

Our client is a world famous car rental company and they are recruiting a Senior Manager who will ensure London Heathrow is managed effectively to achieve company, operational and customer service objectives.

In the role you will maximise the profitability of the London Heathrow store by effective staff management, revenue generation, cost management and through the delivery of a great customer experience.

You will ensure London Heathrow is optimised to deliver the best customer experience within agreed budgets through the staff and location.

In the role you will Monitor Key Performance Indicators on a monthly basis and address any areas of concern with the Managers and Regional Director.

You will manage all the department managers daily.

They need you to ensure employees are performance managed effectively in conjunction with the Managers and HR where appropriate.

You must create a culture where staff are motivated, supported and are committed to delivering a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuously review the customer service within LHR and determine an action plan to improve any areas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure LHR is sufficiently resourced to deliver the required service to our customers.
  • Ensure company procedures are followed and that all administration is in accordance with the company standards.
  • Resolve any customer dissatisfaction within agreed limits.
  • Identify training and development needs of employees in association with the Managers where appropriate.
  • Ensure employee costs and headcount are within budget.
  • Ensure that all rental station standards and procedures are met and maintained in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that station operations, business development and customer service is delivered within the company’s policies and procedures
  • To be aware of current market share and competitor activity within LHR and utilise this information effectively for market planning.

Skills required:

  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the overall management of a large site and or multiple cluster locations.
  • Experience of managing a large number of employees
  • Able to deliver the best customer experience through your teams
  • Solid track record in achieving targets and KPI’s
  • Process driven
